`wiki/founder/` — what's in here, why

A curated English layer on top of the source files (YGH_* at repo root, wiki/archive/initial-themes-2026-04/, gotautscom/). The content engine reads this folder before generating; humans read it to understand who Gustavs is and what he says publicly.

The source files are kept in their original form (mostly Latvian commentary, English quotes). This folder is the English-only, structured layer on top.

How the content engine should use this

Hook batches: read anecdotes.md + quotes.md to source verbatim lines; do NOT paraphrase quoted material.
Carousel expansion: check founding-story.md for canonical wording; check numbers.md for which metric set to cite; check gaps.md before citing anything not on the proof-point list.
Founder-ad scripts: start from anecdotes.md cut-mapping; consult visual-broll.md for filmable scenes; lock voice with philosophy.md §D.
Performance / approval review: if a draft uses numbers/quotes/scenes, verify each has a citation back to this folder. If not, block and surface to Ansis.
