frontmatter as template_url: once impl picks the host (Notion is the
default — supports gallery duplication without a Google account, plays
nicely with mobile readers).
Columns and definitions
The tracker has 10 columns. Every column is something Gustavs reads daily on his own ops dashboard. The lead fills in their own numbers and the sheet computes the derived ones.

How to use it (the 2-minute Loom)
The DM that ships the tracker also ships a Loom URL. The Loom records Gustavs walking through one of his real days — narrating which row he reads first, what triggers a "kill the campaign" decision, what triggers a "press the accelerator" decision. The walkthrough is non-negotiable. Without it the template is a spreadsheet; with it, the template is a daily ritual.

Phase 2 evolution
After 30 days of leads, review whether the tracker should be split by
sub-persona — Validator may need a simpler version (no ATC, no bounce
rate); Scaler may need an extended version (LTV, contribution margin,
cohort retention). Decide based on wiki/content/leads.md answers to
Q1 (sub-persona) + Q2 (bottleneck).
