Batch of 10 — gustavsgotauts-dark template (2026-05-25)

Each draft below uses the same skeleton. Render contract is intentionally minimal so any of them can ship as soon as the renderer mode is wired.

Skeleton: - Slide 1 — COVER: hero photo + lime-emphasis ALL-CAPS headline + optional "live visitors" pill + bottom-bold subhead + Telegram chip top-left - Slides 2-N — VALUE: pure black bg, centered humanist sans, lime emphasis on punchline phrase, Telegram chip bottom-center - Final slide — CTA: same dark format, italic question or task

#1 — Pivot to ready-made (Q27)

COVER - HEADLINE: WHY I STOPPED BUILDING BRANDS FROM ZERO - SUBHEAD: There's a power that holds you back. Until you stop fighting it. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 Every time I tried to build a brand from zero, something pulled me back. Some kind of power holding me back.

S3 But when I took a brand that already had product-market fit — it was easy. I could see exactly what to upgrade. What to scale.

S4 So I set a new rule for myself. No more zero-to-one. Next year: $1M in a month. The year after: $1M a day.

S5 The only way to do that is with already-ready products. And scale them. Not invent them.

S6 — CTA Task for you: what already works that you could 10x instead of building something new?

#2 — The squat before the leap (Q6, Q7)

COVER - HEADLINE: THE LOWS ARE NOT PUNISHMENT - SUBHEAD: They are the test before the leap. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 Every low is a test. From the universe. How high it can bring you.

S3 The higher you go, the lower you'll drop. So the easier you go through lows, the higher highs you'll get.

S4 Before the next jump — you need to go lower in the legs. The dip isn't failure. The dip is the load.

S5 If you fold at the dip, you never see the leap. Sit in the squat.

S6 — CTA Where in your business are you trying to skip the squat?

#3 — Stop digging (Q8)

COVER - HEADLINE: IF YOU'RE DIGGING YOUR OWN GRAVE - SUBHEAD: The answer is not to dig harder. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 Most founders, when their plan stops working, think: "I just need to try harder."

S3 Harder ads. Harder discounts. Harder hours. Harder calls. They keep digging.

S4 It took me three businesses to learn this. The smartest thing you can do when something isn't working is stop.

S5 Stop digging. Climb out of the hole first. Then look at the map.

S6 — CTA What are you grinding on right now that you should just stop?

#4 — Pressure, not problem (Q9, Q14)

COVER - HEADLINE: I FELT GOOD FOR 6 MINUTES - SUBHEAD: Then the Stripe hold email arrived. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 That's what running a real business feels like. You hit a milestone. Six minutes later there's a fire.

S3 Most business problems aren't actually problems. They're pressure tests.

S4 Stripe holding your money? They're not stealing. They're scared you'll disappear. Become someone they don't have to be scared of.

S5 Bigger problems = bigger business. The size of your problems = the size of you.

S6 — CTA What "problem" are you carrying that's actually a pressure test?

#5 — Money likes movement (Q15)

COVER - HEADLINE: BE BOLD IN CREATING MONEY - SUBHEAD: Not fearful about spending it. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 I paid €10k for a last-minute flight from Dubai. People said I was crazy. Money likes movement.

S3 If you treat every euro like it's the last one — you'll spend the rest of your life with the same euro.

S4 The point of money isn't to hoard it. The point is to put it in motion. Velocity creates wealth.

S5 Be bold in creating it. Calm about spending it. Cry in a Lamborghini, not in a Ford Focus.

S6 — CTA Where are you being cheap in a way that's costing you money?

#6 — Belief built it (Q22, Q26)

COVER - HEADLINE: EVERYTHING IS BUILT FROM BELIEFS - SUBHEAD: If you believe you can — you will. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 I've watched two founders with the same product, same market, same money. One built it. The other didn't.

S3 The difference wasn't strategy. It wasn't luck. It was what they believed was possible before the data showed up.

S4 This is about how much you believe in the things you do. The more you believe, the more everything happens.

S5 Your business will never grow past your belief in it. Audit the belief. Upgrade it.

S6 — CTA What do you secretly not believe is possible for your business yet?

#7 — Embarrassed by 3 months ago (Q21)

COVER - HEADLINE: IF YOU'RE NOT EMBARRASSED… - SUBHEAD: …by how your business looked 3 months ago, you're moving too slow. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 I look back at my landing page from 3 months ago. I cringe. That's a good sign.

S3 Most founders polish too much before shipping. They want it perfect. They miss the season.

S4 Speed beats polish. Iteration beats invention. Embarrassment is the proof you're learning.

S5 If your business in May looks like your business in February — you didn't run a business. You ran a maintenance loop.

S6 — CTA What from 3 months ago in your business should embarrass you by now?

#8 — Bank-debt flip (Q13)

COVER - HEADLINE: $100K TO THE BANK IS YOUR PROBLEM - SUBHEAD: $100 million is theirs. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 Small debt = small leverage. Big debt = big leverage. The math is exactly upside-down from what they teach you.

S3 If you owe the bank $100k and can't pay — they take your house. If you owe $100M and can't pay — they renegotiate.

S4 The lesson isn't "take more debt." The lesson is: scale your bets to scale your leverage.

S5 Play small and the world plays small with you. Play big — and the world has to play big back.

S6 — CTA Where are you playing small to feel safe?

COVER - HEADLINE: HOW MANY PEOPLE COULD PAY YOU TODAY? - SUBHEAD: Attention is only valuable when it converts. - HERO: blurred marketing-collateral collage (today's photo) - LIVE_PILL: 328 live visitors

S2 A few years ago I had one product at $10k+. Maybe 10 people a month could afford it. That was my ceiling.

S3 I realized I had to change the direction of my business. So I started finding more ways to earn from more people.

S4 Today it's close to 1000 a month. Next stop: 10,000.

S5 — CTA Task: ask yourself, "How do you 10x the number of people who can pay you?" The answers will surprise you.

#10 — What if you couldn't fail (Q25, Q24)

COVER - HEADLINE: WHAT WOULD YOU DO IF YOU COULDN'T FAIL? - SUBHEAD: Nobody has the answers. Someone has to show the way. - HERO: GGim/Pictures/Gustavs-h980px.jpg - LIVE_PILL: (none)

S2 Everyone has an answer to this question. Almost nobody acts on it.

S3 Failure is not the actual fear. The actual fear is — looking stupid while trying.

S4 Once I named that fear out loud, it stopped running my decisions. I started shipping the embarrassing version.

S5 Nobody has the answers. But someone has to show the way. It might as well be you.

S6 — CTA Write the answer down right now. Then take one step toward it today.
