Post Archetypes — @gotauts
The engine produces five distinct archetypes. Each has a different job in the funnel and a different production path. Hooks (hooks.md) apply only to the educational-carousel archetype (A3) — the others have inline templates here.
A1. Build-in-public numbers
Job: Proof. Establish authority through real receipts.
Format: 1 image. Black bg + lime accent. Real screenshot (Shopify, GA, Meta, payouts). Portrait optional.
Headline pattern: [bold result statement] + [supporting receipt below].
Examples already in market: - "December closed with a new all-time high — OUR FIRST $1M+ MONTH" (Shopify gross-sales screenshot, $1,151,379 / +196%) - "Season ROAS is entering the building" (yesterday block: USA 18 orders, ROAS 5.92, $103K revenue) - "There Are Days Like This" (down day: ROAS 0.43, Google $19.9K spend, $22K revenue — vulnerability + receipts) - "Received biggest order we've had so far" ($23,515 Shopify push notification) - "Made my first US-based document" (Florida ID card) - "We found it. The first warehouse opening on May 1" (Jacksonville FL warehouse photo)
Cadence: 2–4×/week — only when a real number lands. Never fabricate.
Designer note: receipts get cropped to landscape strip; portrait sits to the right; headline above. Lime emphasis on the ONE word/figure that carries the post (e.g. $1M+ MONTH, Season ROAS, first).
A2. Philosophical one-liner
Job: Brand voice. Compounds belief in the system.
Format: 1 image. Type-only on black. Lime emphasis on the leveraged 1–3 words.
Headline pattern: Single decisive statement, ≤14 words.
Examples already in market: - "100M is not a target. It is the natural result of the structure we're now building." - "Last year, we built a company. This year we are building a system that builds a company." - "From now: ownership, speed, clean responsibility, leaders growing leaders" - "Momentum is fragile. If we don't grow as people as fast as the company grows, we lose it" - "Every low is your test from the universe, how high it can bring you. The higher you go, the lower you will drop, so the easier you can go through lows, the higher highs you will get"
Cadence: 1–2×/week. Used between A1/A3 posts to break rhythm and reinforce voice.
Designer note: type-only, centered. No portrait. No screenshot. Words do all the work.
A3. Educational carousel — NEW (the engine's main output)
Job: Reach. Drive non-followers into the freebie funnel.
Format: 8–12 slides. Cover (hook) → Transition → Body (numbered points) → CTA (frozen).
Hook source: hooks.md — 8 calibrated formulas, agent picks per LEARN-pass logic.
CTA: Frozen, verbatim from hooks.md. Never varied.
Slide structure: see spec §4.6 — every slide has ROLE / HEADLINE / SUBHEAD / EMPHASIS / VISUAL / NOTE tags so the designer can pick up cold.
Cadence: 3–10×/day (Phase 1 → Phase 2 ramp). The volume play.
Designer note: apply lime ONLY to the EMPHASIS list per slide. No designer guesswork on which words go green.
A4. Hiring / open role
Job: Pipeline. Surface roles publicly + signal company momentum.
Format: 1 image. Bold role headline + screenshot of related artefact (DM thread, comment, internal note). Footer always.
Headline pattern: LOOKING FOR [ROLE] + region/market + [supporting line].
Example already in market: - "LOOKING FOR SALES PEOPLE FOR THE 🇺🇸 US MARKET — We're building something BIG in e-commerce and need someone who can CLOSE" (with embedded "Do you know any sales guy who would like to make $20k a month in the next 3-6 months?")
Cadence: As-needed when a role opens. Re-share after 7 days if pipeline still thin.
A5. Telegram-FOMO tease
Job: Convert IG followers → Telegram channel members.
Format: 1 image. Portrait + provocative question framed in lime.
Headline pattern: WHAT HAVE YOU MISSED IN THE LAST [TIMEFRAME] BY NOT BEING INSIDE MY TELEGRAM COMMUNITY (or analogous FOMO frame).
Example already in market: - "WHAT HAVE YOU MISSED IN THE LAST TWO WEEKS by not being inside my Telegram Community"
Cadence: 1×/week. Don't overuse — the FOMO frame fatigues fast if the audience hits it more than weekly.
How the agent picks archetype
The Claude content-agent (ops/agents/content-agent/prompt.md) currently produces only A3 (educational carousels). Archetypes A1, A2, A4, A5 are produced by Gustavs/Ansis directly — they're triggered by real-world events (a number lands, a role opens, a thought lands), not by a generation cadence.
Phase 2 may extend the agent to draft A2 (philosophical one-liners) when the LEARN pass detects a voice-signature cool-down opportunity. A1/A4/A5 stay human-triggered indefinitely — they require ground truth (real numbers, real role openings) the agent doesn't have access to.
