ICP: @gotauts

Primary ICP

English-speaking aspiring e-commerce builder.

  • Revenue band: $0 to $1M per year.
  • Age: 25 to 45.
  • Geography: US, EU, English-speaking global.
  • Status: self-employed, solo operator, or building a small team.
  • Watching the founder arc: bankruptcy to $100M. The arc carries emotional weight because they fear the bankruptcy and want the proof.

They want a path that survives bad days. They have seen too many gurus who only post wins. They trust receipts.

Sub-persona: Validator ($0 to first sale)

Stage: Pre-revenue. Has a product idea. Maybe has a Shopify store sitting empty.

Desires: Validation. Proof they are on the right path before they spend the next dollar.

Fears: Wasting money on ads. Building the wrong product. Looking foolish in front of their family.

Vocabulary: "Should I…", "Is it worth…", "How do I know if…", "Before I spend…".

Trigger words: "first sale", "validate", "before you spend a dollar", "your first $10K month", "test", "proof".

What works on them: Step-by-step. Real examples. Permission to start small. Founders who admit the early days were ugly.

Sub-persona: Operator ($10K to $100K per month)

Stage: Has product market fit. Drowning in ad spend, fulfillment, first hires. The day-to-day is the bottleneck.

Desires: Predictable systems. ROAS that survives a bad day. Cashflow that does not depend on a single channel.

Fears: Cashflow crunch. Stuck at six figures forever. The team hire that does not work out. The Meta account ban.

Vocabulary: "scaling", "ROAS", "team", "spend", "P&L", "channel mix".

Trigger words: "bottleneck", "cashflow", "ROAS day", "P&L", "break the ceiling", "predictable".

What works on them: Numbers. Trackers. Frameworks. Specific metrics they can run on Monday. Founders who show the bad days too.

Sub-persona: Scaler (past $1M per year)

Stage: Hit a ceiling. Looking for the structural unlock to 8 figures.

Desires: Leverage. A leadership team. Proof that 8 figures is boring once the structure is in.

Fears: Plateau. Founder burnout. Becoming the bottleneck they once hired around.

Vocabulary: "structure", "team", "ownership", "delegation", "leverage", "8 figures".

Trigger words: "the unlock", "leaders growing leaders", "structure", "system that builds a company", "ownership".

What works on them: Philosophical one-liners. Org-chart talk. Founders who run real numbers at real scale. The "natural result of structure" framing.

Where they live

  • Instagram. Where they find him. Carousels reach. Cold scroll.
  • Telegram. Where they convert. t.me/gustavsgotauts. The signal filter.
  • YouTube. Long form when they are deciding to commit.
  • Twitter / X. Thought leadership, secondary trust signal.

The funnel is built around IG to Telegram. YouTube and X support but do not lead.

Sub-persona target mix

The engine biases hook generation toward this distribution, measured weekly:

Sub-persona Target mix Reason
Validator 30% Top-of-funnel volume. Lowest LTV but biggest reach.
Operator 50% Highest LTV per impression for eCOMHUB. Most numerous in band.
Scaler 20% Lower volume, but they bring the brand-defining wins.

Total: 100%.

If a week's published mix drifts more than 10 points from this, the LEARN pass flags an under-served persona for the next batch.

CEO Agent
Ready
I can add people, log decisions, save ideas, and read any cabinet file. Try: "add me as CEO of YGH", "log decision: school kits build or partner by May 30", or "save idea: rep gifting tour for greenhouse kits". I'll write to the right file and confirm.
