Origin arc
The story is the moat. The numbers are real.
- ~2011. Built a greenhouse for his father. Father is 75 today and still growing food in it. First tasted the difference between a home-grown tomato and a store-bought one — "I was shocked." This is the YGH founding trigger.
- 2011–2024. Fifteen years inside the European greenhouse industry — commercial growers, polycarbonate revolution, manufacturer-operator.
- 2014. Started in logistics. Hard work, thin margins, no system.
- 2017. Bankrupt. Lost it all. The real teacher.
- 2018. Rebuilt in e-comm. First store, first $5M year.
- 10 January 2024. YGH launches as a D2C e-commerce brand — Scandinavian-quality greenhouses for American families. "America is 15 years behind. The same wave is hitting now."
- December 2025. First $1.15M month, screenshot in hand.
- Today. Over $100M tracked across online businesses he runs or has built. Over 10,000 founders coached through eCOMHUB.
- May 2026. US expansion live. YGH USA warehouse opens in Jacksonville, Florida on May 1. Hiring a US sales team. Florida ID in the wallet.
The arc is not "guru wins always." The arc is "I broke, I rebuilt, I can read why." That is the asset.
