When we fck up hiring, we always feel sad about the money and time spent on that person, but we need to see it as a process for finding that 1 billion check🤘

People are everything, if finding that diamond among the piles of dirt takes a while, its the name of the game, but at the end, its worth it. Sure, you can go crazy about refining and improving the hiring process, but theres a thin line with going too far. Paid tests are a good way to get some proper rinsing done. Give them an actual proper work related task and pay them for it. You'll have your bottom line there, and a pretty clear picture of how the person actually performs.

Agree, when we hire, we give test tasks to see the level of their knowledge.
So start by testing in real tasks, then hire fully!
I haven't seen any good guys who start their work with audit, strategy, and other bull***t. Only those who show themselves in action are the real diamonds!
