Finally, starting to put together insights from the Miami mastermind.
Overall, I see that implementing and testing everything gonna take close to one year, but let's move forward.

Speed and lack of time are something we implement in all the actions we do daily.
Do you know what else I wrote down?
TAM every awareness stage and add that to AI to create more assets. TAM is based on basic human desires, not a real buyer persona.
So, I'm building AI brains that will receive all data from ads and the internet about my niche, and based on that, start creating more assets.
After taking a trip to Canada and the USA, I realized that the biggest TAM is an unaware stage, meaning people are unaware of how to use my product, which is stopping them from spending $2.5k in my business. So, we created an educational product, an e-book, to start educating people that gardening is easy, and we also developed another product for $100. Those products will be CPA-based, not AOV-based. Which one is going to scale the business much faster, because we can now acquire a client for $30-50, not $ 1,000?
Of course, I wrote down a bunch of apps and other interesting things, but now my focus is on fixing the product ladder so that more people in North America can spend money in my online store.

This is how to think about things: we used to think we had plenty of time, so we delayed action, strategized, and did a lot of shit —but didn't launch or take real action, which could improve our business!
