It is boring but less risks and overall much less expenses due to the % of the bank loans. Banks are here to take your money, in successful business you have to be able to generate steady cash flow and generate capital that allows you to operate and grow slow and steady. But ofcourse i have the safe approach less risky.

Mostly it's about momentum and speed, if you don't use it, you are risking getting more competitors and losing market share.
