Hi! How are you planning to manage shipping in europe? I used to do business only in Baltics, but now I need to find options for europe. Publicly available shipping costs are steep. For example average price for package up to 1 kg is around 30€ . If product is priced up to 50€ , then there is no profit to be made. But there must be options , right?

Till 10 orders a day, I will dropship from China.
After 10 orders a day, I will have 3PL partners in Germany. Will buy stock in bulk from China and ship it to the logistics center in Germany. It will help me cut costs of goods (COGs) by ~20%!
Yes, you can get a price for packages up to 1kg for ~10 EUR, you need to have 500+ orders a month, so your partner can give you this price.
Or you can use companies like https://www.swotzy.com/ which has already these prices from delivery companies!
