I like to focus on making more than spending less 🙃

So it depends on people, I would not say that they are cheap people but are focused on saving money not making money 🤓

So we have decided to launch our brand Pawfinds on amazon.de too.

But we have a small problem, opening an account in Germany takes a lot of time (~3 months). It`s one of the most challenging Amazon marketplaces from the opening side.

Do you have someone who has Amazon.de account? I`m ready to buy it!

Would you like to know why we are opening an account in the marketplace and not solely focusing on our own store?

Yes, because we saw huge demand for 2 of the products on Amazon and decided to use that demand.

This is something I changed in my mind during this challenge, you can go after demand not only create it.

I`m almost all my life focused on creating demand, but why not use an existing one 🤔

So I have a small update on the progress. One of our main product wasn't great. And I saw some problems while using it.

This reminds me of the old sales principle if you sell something, test it!

And for some time I was searching for a new one, last week I found it and made a sample order. 🤘

I will have one main product and 2-3 upsells. The biggest problem in a niche I have chosen is AOV (average order value), so I need to sell several products in one order to get proper profits so I can scale.
