Miami Mastermind Notes
Event: Ecommerce Scaling Secrets — Elite Mastermind, Miami. 14–17 Oct 2025. Post assembling insights: 11 Nov 2025. Gustavs' own estimate: "implementing and testing everything is gonna take close to one year."
Two anchor quotes
"What's the easiest action with the biggest chance to scale revenue?" — make this your focus.
"Test fast, cut fast, iterate fast." — speed as the dominant variable.
Frameworks captured
1. TAM per awareness stage, fed into AI
- Map TAM for every awareness stage of the buyer.
- Feed that into AI to create matching assets for each stage.
- TAM = rooted in basic human desires, not a synthetic buyer-persona.
- "I'm building AI brains that will receive all data from ads and the internet about my niche, and based on that, start creating more assets."
2. The unaware stage is the biggest gate
From the US & Canada trip:
The biggest TAM is unaware-stage — people who don't know how to use my product, which stops them from spending $2.5k in my business.
Counter: build educational products (e-book + $100 CPA product) that enter the unaware customer on low CPA, then migrate them up the ladder.
3. CPA over AOV (early-stage acquisition)
Lowering entry from $1,000 CPA → $30–50 CPA via educational front-end.
4. Apps + tooling (captured but not detailed publicly)
Gustavs notes: "Of course, I wrote down a bunch of apps and other interesting things." — content gap to unpack on camera.
What he's doing with it
Primary focus: "fixing the product ladder so that more people in North America can spend money in my online store."
