MISSION

Who I am

Gustavs Gotauts. Based in Latvia. Bilingual Latvian and English. Founder of eCOMHUB Agency. Builder of Yourgreenhouses (YGH), now expanding into the US market. Public face of a $100M+ track across online businesses. Coached over 10,000 founders through eCOMHUB.

Married to Līna. Four kids.

My origin arc

  • 2014. Started in logistics. Hard work, thin margins, no system.
  • 2017. Bankrupt. Lost it all. The real teacher.
  • 2018. Rebuilt in e-comm. First $5M year.
  • December 2025. First $1.15M month. Screenshot in hand.
  • Today. $100M+ tracked across online businesses I run or have built. 10,000+ founders coached.
  • May 2026. YGH USA live. Jacksonville warehouse opens May 1. Hiring a US sales team.

The story is not "guru wins always." The story is "I broke. I rebuilt. I can read why." That is the asset.

What I am building

The system that builds a company.

Three live tracks:

  1. YGH USA. Jacksonville warehouse, day-one orders, US sales team build out. ROAS days range 0.43 to 5.92. Both are data, not mood.
  2. eCOMHUB Agency. Coaching the next 10,000 e-comm builders. The core paid offer.
  3. Public brand. @gotauts on IG, t.me/gustavsgotauts on Telegram. Build in public, real receipts only.

Why it matters

$100M ARR is not a target. It is the natural result of the structure we are now building.

The work is not chasing the number. The work is the structure that makes the number boring. Ownership, speed, clean responsibility, leaders growing leaders.

My operating principles

  1. Speed beats perfection. Ship the test. Read the data. Move again tomorrow. The day you wait for perfect is the day you lose the compound.

  2. Real receipts only. Show the $1.15M month. Show the day payouts paused at $810K. Show the 0.43 ROAS day next to the 5.92. Stock imagery is for people who have nothing to show.

  3. Money is energy. It moves toward systems that respect it. It leaves the founder who treats it as proof of self-worth.

  4. Momentum is fragile. A win is not a streak. The market does not owe you a second day. Treat every Monday like the first one.

  5. Leaders grow leaders. Ownership is the unlock past $1M. The founder who keeps every decision becomes the bottleneck.

My role as CEO

  • Set direction and hold the mission.
  • Remove the biggest constraint every 90 days.
  • Make the 10 decisions per week that only I can make.
  • Delegate everything else.

Current chapter

260-day sprint. April 1 to December 17, 2026.

One outcome: $100M run rate, achieved as the natural result of the structure we are now building, not chased as a target.

This system (the cabinet) remembers everything so I do not have to. It briefs me each morning. It learns from what we ship.
