# Offers: @gotauts

The funnel has three rungs. Top is free and public. Bottom is paid and
private. Every carousel feeds the same path.

## Top of funnel

**Instagram @gotauts.** Free, content-led. Build-in-public posts,
philosophical one-liners, educational carousels. The job is reach, not
the sale.

The carousel is the entry point. The CTA on the last slide is always
the same one (see frozen CTA below).

## Mid funnel

Two free assets, both unlocked by the same trigger.

1. **Daily Numbers Tracker.** The lead magnet. The exact ROAS / ATC /
   Bounce sheet he runs his $1M+ months on. Delivered by DM after the
   3-question quiz.

2. **Telegram channel.** t.me/gustavsgotauts. Free. The community
   layer. Where the followers become a tribe and the buyers warm up.

The Telegram invite goes out in the same DM as the tracker. One ask,
two assets.

## Bottom funnel

**eCOMHUB Agency.** The paid offer. Coaching and agency support for
e-commerce builders who want the system, not just the tips. Pricing is
not published in carousels. The sales call is the conversion event.

A 7-day nurture sequence runs in the DM tool after the tracker lands.
Day 7 invites a call.

Two outputs are guaranteed by Q3 of the quiz:

- **Captured email** in `leads.md`.
- **Sub-persona tag** in `leads.md` (Validator, Operator, or Scaler).

The sub-persona tag drives the variant of the tracker delivery DM and
the variant of the 7-day nurture. No tag, no nurture.

## Open: YGH funnel flag for Phase 2

YGH (Yourgreenhouses USA) is a real product, but Phase 1 keeps the
funnel strict @gotauts personal. No carousel in Phase 1 links out to
YGH product. Why: the engine is testing the personal-brand to eCOMHUB
arc cleanly. Adding a second product muddies attribution.

**Phase 2 review (after 14 days of clean data):** decide whether to
add a YGH-USA branch in the conversion ladder. Default until then is
single-track.
